Issue: The Ski and Skate sale brought in over 29k however the PTA’s current operating costs are over 34k. The PTA should review the budget and discuss if we want to cap the budget at a certain amount annually or keep rolling the profits from the sale into the budget for the coming years. Currently the PTA has the funding for the 22/23, 23/24 and 24/25 budget in the bank.
