Please note that skate rentals at the Skatium are limited and will be available on a first come first serve basis. This event is weather dependent. For the month of December the WES PTA will receive $1 from every $3 Give Back Where It Counts bag sold at the Shaws in Waitsfield! Please remember to forget your reusable bag so you can buy one of these.....or just buy an extra reusable bag 🤔😊
 The WES PTA is excited to support a Community Giving Program for the 2022 holiday season. This program is an opportunity to ensure that everyone in our community has a chance to enjoy the holiday season.
SIGN UP TO RECEIVE: If getting holiday gifts, or basic needs (clothes, winter gear) is a challenge, you can sign up here for support from those in our community who have a little extra capacity right now. Please know that all personally identifiable information will be kept confidential to only a few school staff (Kaiya, Liz, Susan); only the "wish list" will be shared with donors. DONATE: If you would like to sponsor a child this holiday season please contact school counselor Liz at [email protected]. We will share with you “wish lists” created by some of our families. Gifts need to be delivered to school by Monday 12/20. Discuss student artwork selection going forward Budget(Ali) (15 min) Issue: The Ski and Skate sale brought in over 29k however the PTA’s current operating costs are over 34k. The PTA should review the budget and discuss if we want to cap the budget at a certain amount annually or keep rolling the profits from the sale into the budget for the coming years. Currently the PTA has the funding for the 22/23, 23/24 and 24/25 budget in the bank.
