5/5 Garden Club

What an awesome day in the garden! We worked (carefully) in the blackberry patch, filled more beds,  repotted seedlings and even planted! Hopefully next time we meet (5/19) we will see spinach, lettuce, kale and other things starting to grow!

Next week we have an exciting field trip planned to the Yellow Farmhouse where we will visit the animals (goats, chickens, bunnies, a horse...oh my!). We will be walking there after school and will return to the school for 4:00 pickup.

Thank you everyone for a great meeting! It's wonderful to see the kids so engaged in the gardening tasks.
